Meet Michelle

I'm a Digital Designer within Fluid's Websites & Systems team. My broad role involves thinking about user personas and journeys at planning stages of digital projects, through to creating visuals focused around user experience. I'm also Fluid's head of people and culture, communicating our values and welcoming new team members.

Passion

My greatest passion at work is helping people achieve success. For clients, it's knowing the projects we work on together are having a positive impact on their business and customers. For our team, it's being able to support someone to help them fulfil their potential. Outside of work, I love going to the football or escaping off on holiday.

Achievement

There have been many proud moments for me during my time at Fluid. I've learned new skills that have helped to win new client work, build successful partnerships and improve my confidence. Being trusted to be a custodian of Fluid's culture and values and to ensure the wellbeing of our team is also something I have great pride in.

Weekend

My ideal weekend would involve a lie-in followed by a cooked breakfast, a trip to see my football team win, drinks in the pub with friends and some time with my family. If I can sneak a day out somewhere new, that would be nice too! Oh, and some catch up TV with a bag of chocolate. I'm quite easy to please.
