I’m a CGI artist on a placement in the Image & Motion team. I'm using the opportunity to get stuck into all kinds of projects with many different clients. Whether it's learning new software or developing concepts into finished CGI renders, there’s always something new to try my hand at and develop my skills.

Outside of work, I am passionate about all kinds of different creative hobbies and will usually have a go at anything creative at least once. This lends itself well to my interests at work and the degree in Computer Games Modelling and Animation I recently achieved at the University of Derby. I love working in all manners of 3D and CGI, whether it be animation, environment creation or prop modelling. I am also passionate about character design and enjoyed studying a dissertation on this topic at university.
Achievement
I’ve not been in the world of work for very long, but I’d definitely say my proudest achievement is being offered an extended work placement at Fluid, after initially only coming for one week’s work experience. Also, I recently left university with first class honours and an award for being in the top ten percent of my faculty. These things have really taught me that if you work hard, you can accomplish anything.
Weekend
Outside of work, I love performing and singing, so I usually spend a lot of time at rehearsals for a show. However, if I’m not rehearsing, I enjoy all kinds of creative hobbies like digital art and crochet. I also enjoy video games and love curling up on the sofa with my dog to play a new game or an old favourite.
