We’re thrilled to have been shortlisted in the UK Digital Growth Awards for our conversion rate optimisation (CRO) work with our client Lifeways.
For the last five years, we’ve worked closely with Lifeways – a leading provider of supported living and residential care for adults with complex needs – supporting their brand development, copywriting, website design, build and maintenance, SEO, paid advertising, photography and videography.
At the beginning of the year, we set ourselves a conversion rate optimisation challenge, to increase monthly referrals via their website. Following analysis on how users were interacting with the site, and a user testing exercise, we put a series of A/B split tests together that formed the basis of an ongoing programme of testing and incremental improvements designed to increase the enquiries and ultimately the conversion rate for Lifeways.
Referral enquires went up by 18.5%, with overall enquiries increasing by 67.7%.
The conversion rate then exceeded our targets, and increased by 38.4%
This ongoing programme of incremental testing has brought great benefits to Lifeways. By increasing referrals, we’re ultimately supporting their mission to help more people to find the support they need so they can lead more fulfilling and independent lives. And with the social care sector under so much pressure, this efficient and streamlined referrals process is helping to relieve the pressures faced by those in the healthcare profession.
