Fluid Ideas is an independent full‑service creative and digital agency. We help ambitious brands grow through strategy, creativity, performance and innovation - and we’re looking for a talented Organic Social Media Manager to join our expanding Campaigns & Content digital team.
You’ll work across a variety of clients and sectors, creating smart, strategic, platform‑first content that builds brands, engages communities and drives measurable outcomes. If you love combining creativity with insight, and you’re just as comfortable planning strategy as you are rolling up your sleeves and delivering day‑to‑day content, this role is for you.
What you’ll do

Develop and deliver organic social strategies across multiple clients and sectors

Utilising our chosen social media management tool, Sprout Social to plan, schedule, and report

Plan, create and schedule platform‑specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit and more

Translate ideas, objectives and audience insights into clear creative briefs for designers and motion teams

Work closely with our Performance & Innovation team to ensure content aligns with paid social, PPC, SEO and wider campaign activity

Collaborating with all teams within Fluid Ideas to produce digital-first content - looking for opportunities across all teams

Analyse performance data to optimise content, improve strategy and uncover new insights

Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, features and opportunities

Manage and grow online communities, ensuring tone, pace and brand safety

Contribute to ideation workshops, campaign planning sessions and client presentations

Being a strong client lead, becoming a proactive and trusted partner and maintaining strong relationships
What you’ll bring
-
2+ years hands‑on social media experience, ideally agency-side (in‑house also considered)

Strong understanding of what “good” looks like on LinkedIn, IG, Facebook, TikTok, Reddit and emerging platforms

Clear grasp of platform-specific content - format, tone, pacing, trends, algorithm behaviour

Experience building content strategies tied to brand, campaign and commercial goals

Ability to brief designers confidently, clearly and collaboratively

Strong copywriting and storytelling skills

A proactive, detail-driven, organised approach to handling multiple clients and deadlines

Awareness of wider digital marketing, including paid social, SEO and PPC
-
A collaborative mindset - you’ll work closely with strategists, performance specialists, designers and account managers
Nice to have (but not essential)

Experience in paid social or boosting organic content

SEO‑aware copywriting

Understanding of UTM tracking, analytics platforms and measurement frameworks

Experience working with international or multi-brand clients

We operate a three-stage interview process, which starts with an informal culture chat, where you’ll meet our head of people and culture, and your team leader.
